Cosmetic testing

Millions of animals suffer and die every year during tests to determine the “safety” of cosmetics and household items.
These animals may be adults or babies but either way, that doesn’t stop the horrible tests. In some of these tests a liquid or powdered substance is poured into the eyes of albino rabbits. After the substance is placed in the eye, laboratory technicians record any damage to the eye.
In the tests, the rabbit’s eyelids are held open with clips and many of the animals break their necks trying to get free.
This is just one of the many examples of how they test the products you use today.
I bet you didn’t know that about the makeup you wear or the cleaning spray you use. But hey, it’s ok because a lot of people don’t, but groups like PETA and Greenpeace are trying to inform the world of these horrible treatments.
Rabbits, cats, monkeys, mice, rats, dogs, are some of the animals that fall victim to these horrible ways.
Now I want you to think about this… would you really want to wear the makeup you have, knowing that innocent animals died just so you could have that makeup?
I wouldn’t. And neither do the people who DO know about these testing’s.
Think… did those animals do anything to you?

I never would have though...

Ok so how many of you watched the Olympics this year?
A lot of you right? Either you chose to watch it or your parents and family members were watching it on the only TV in your house and there was nothing to do.

Well I bet you didn’t know what Canada does to the baby seals that live there, do you?
No? Well then I’m about to tell you the horrors of Canadian Seal Hunts.

A horrible thing happens to these poor baby seals in Canada. These poor animals are killed for their fur. Canadian hunters hook seals in the eye, cheek, or mouth and drag them across the ice, some of them are still conscious.

Harp seals are the most targeted and then there are the Hooded seals too. Sealers may kill seals with wooden clubs, hakapiks (large ice-pike-like clubs), and guns. No matter the tool each of these killings are always defined as “cruel.”

Hundreds of thousands of seals are killed each year! Can you believe that?! And over the past three years, nearly one million seals have been killed.

You might be wondering right now “Wow! I can’t believe this!”
Well, believe it, because this is the way we live today, but if millions of us could all join together and help the cruelty of animals, maybe, just maybe we could stop this madness.

Secrets kept from you!

There are many different forms of animal abuse, it could be toward a family pet, a stray dog or cat, or even the meat you may eat!

Fast food places that searve you chicken or other meat products have a secret. Most people don't ever find these secrets out but some people have and they have tried to make it known to the world.

Take McDonalds for instance. You go there with you children and get them the chicken nugets that they love so much, but think... do you really know how those chicken nugets were made?

Probably not. But its ok, because most people don't.

Many fast food places try and hide the horrible fact from the public because they are probably afraid that if the public finds out, they'll go out of buisness.

And they should be afraid. What they do to the animals, before they turn it into that hamburger you're holding, is inhumane.

Welcome to my blog

Hello everyone, my name is Rain and the blogs i post are going to be all about the horrors of animal abuse. I want to let the world know what cruety goes on in the world towards poor animals. I wan't to be able to open people's eyes to the real world.
I, myself, am a vegetarian. I am not here to tell you to go vegetarian, I'm here to let you know the secrets fast food places, like McDonalds, keep from the public. I want people to know how they get that hamburger they're eating right now.
I am one of many who want to stop this cruety of animals.
